Eligibility
- Registered South African business (CIPC).
- Operating for at least 1 year — or holding a confirmed PO / contract.
- Minimum funding request: R1 000 000.
- Tax compliant and able to provide standard financial documents.
What to submit
- Business registration documents (CIPC)
- Director ID copy
- Tax clearance certificate
- Yearly turnover & profit figures
- Latest annual financial statements
- 6 months of bank statements
- Proof of business & director residential address
- Purchase order or contract (if applicable)
Fee structure
One flat fee. Paid in two stages.
