Eligibility

  • Registered South African business (CIPC).
  • Operating for at least 1 year — or holding a confirmed PO / contract.
  • Minimum funding request: R1 000 000.
  • Tax compliant and able to provide standard financial documents.

What to submit

  • Business registration documents (CIPC)
  • Director ID copy
  • Tax clearance certificate
  • Yearly turnover & profit figures
  • Latest annual financial statements
  • 6 months of bank statements
  • Proof of business & director residential address
  • Purchase order or contract (if applicable)

One flat fee. Paid in two stages.
