NSM Capital is an independent capital advisory built for South African operators. We exist because too many viable businesses get stuck — capable of more, but locked out of capital by the same banks that should be backing them.

We work nationwide. From a Cape Town manufacturer fulfilling a municipal order, to a Joburg services firm scaling into new provinces — we structure the funding, manage the paperwork, and unlock the capital partners that actually want to fund real businesses doing real work.

Our model is straightforward: a flat 10% total fee, only 2% of which is payable upfront. The bulk is only earned when your funding actually lands. We win when you win.
